Moment of Awesome - Molly Hayes/Bruiser : During their mission in Asgard, Molly and Jubilation Lee team up to take on rock giants.

Whatever happiness that usually exuded from Molly had been replaced with a hard, solemn determination. She had been taught by Sif not to betray her fear, even when it threatened to boil over. She recognized the man on the chair from stories told around the campfire. To actually be here felt like she was back in Asgard, except Sif wasn't with her. She had been back at Xavier's for awhile now...would she be strong enough to defeat whatever came next?

"Can your fireworks explode rock?" she said, glancing over to Jubilee. "Cause I think we might have company soon."

“Yeah, but if it goes on too long you’re gonna have to carry me out.” Jubilee replied, calculating how much reserves she had in body fat vs how much quick energy she had squirreled about her various pockets. It would be enough to keep her going for at least an hour but that was calculating on smaller opponents and not the guy in the chair. If he got up, and decided to join the party she’d not last anywhere near that length of time. “How are you at taking on big baddies?”

Molly rolled her shoulders, stretching a little. "For awhile. But when I get really tired I need caffeine or I pass out," she said, making a face."So let's make sure we like....beat things up really fast. Okay?"

"Sure, Mols," Jubilee replied, cracking the muscles in her neck with a quick side to side movement as she grew two thick sparks in her hands. She started forming them into what would eventually lengthen into multi-color whips, the 'handles' a few inches above her palms. "You take the horde on the left, I'll take the horde on the right."

The golems came down the hill slowly but inexorably, like a landslide moving in slow motion. They moved in legion, swinging stony arms in tremendous strikes as they closed.

Molly eyed the golems, a slow smile spreading across her face. Just because she was afraid, totally didn't mean she couldn't have fun punching things. All she had to do was think about that. It was just like being in the quarry back at the mansion, except the quarry moved, and tried to fight back.

"Let's do it," she said, cracking her knuckles.

As they grew closer, she started to back up a little, continuing to widen the distance. Then, after a few yards, she took off running, and kicked off of a nearby rock, diving into the crowd.

"Cannonball!" she said as she got to punching.
