| Miles Blaire: A former resident now living with his adopted parents Alison Blaire and Haroun al-Rashid at the West Coast Annex, Miles - or 'Leech' as he once known as by the Morlocks - was discovered as an escapee of a mutant freak show and with no memory of his life before that. With his green skin and blue eyes he is a noticeable mutant, but it is his power - a constant field that inhibits the function of mutant powers in his immediate vicinity - that makes him potentially 'useful' to a number of villains.
