Biography
A Romanian gangster specialising in prostitution and sex slavery, Bulat was hired by agents from Genosha to supply them with young mutants for the purpose of turning them into mutates and using their powers for Genosha's infrastructure. With the connection discovered by FBI agents Garrison Kane, Abigail Brand and Theresa Cassidy, X-Force was quietly notified and set up an ambush at Bulat's center of operations. He was taken down, and with some 'persuasion', provided the next link in the information chain leading to Genosha. He is currently in custody, having been handed over to Interpol anonymously.

None, but he is a ruthless and cruel individual who uses violence to keep his people in line.
