Biography
Zhang Tong is a 100 year old Chinese businessman with strong ties to the Chinese underworld, obsessed with longevity and maintaining his empire, an old man, dreaming of the past. He is also a pre-Revolution Imperialist, determined to bring back the good old days of the Middle Kingdom. To this end, he has devoted his later years to locating and obtaining various artifacts, known for their power.
When his ascension to godhood is foiled, his body is rejuvenated, but he essentially goes mad. The ten Seals of Qi are burned on to his fingers like tattoos and they speak of former power and control. With them, he's able to channel chi energy through his body into different ways. The effects can vary widely as no one has ever been able to define the abilities of the Qi seals.
Powers/Abilities
The Mandarin has some small magical ability, but his true power comes from the ten seals of Qin Shi Huang, which allow him to channel chi energy through his body into different ways
