December 29th

2003: Moira gives Cain a physical in the Danger Room and discovers he's unstoppable.

2004: Hank calls Madelyn, and accidentally admits to not being on holiday. Lorna goes out to Alaska to join Alex and meet his grandparents.

2005: After an evening spent at Billie's pub, Nathan and Bridge go for a walk on the beach at Muir. There's some laughter, some taking stock of the past year, and even some falling in the North Sea. Sam goes out to ask Kyle to kindly stop snowboarding off the roof. In the process, they have a discussion about Kyle's relationship with Jay. Haroun emails Alison and Terry to ask for help testing his new equipment.

2006: Preparations are made for Kurt's Healing; Amanda is successful in Healing Kurt, more successful than expected; Amanda returns to the brownstone, exhausted, and posts to the Snow Valley comm that she can Heal and what it takes before crashing for several days. Jean announces Kurt's recovery.

December 2007: Forge runs into Laurie in the kitchen and they talk about his fear of learning to fight, but the necessity of it after the events of V=IR. Alex and Lorna talk about what happened. Lorna asks for some theraputically violent training. Tabitha is attacked by static in the library and Forge helps her out.
