2003: Jamie, Marie-Ange and Paige enlist the munchkins to prise Doug out of his room. Jamie gets the whole Paige story later. X-Men Mission: Pyro - Magneto sends Pyro and Stanley to attack a military weapons research base as a diversion; Dazzler, Storm, Colossus, Angel and Rogue go to retrieve Pyro; Marie appears to be crushed under a wall; Magneto escapes with the blueprints and equipment and Pyro returns to the school.

2004: Nathan and Haroun argue about the damage done to the Blackbird. Blaze of Glory: Paul is seriously ill from radiation poisoning. Emma takes Jono to another clinic to help him with his deteriorating condition. The students throw an Asgard theme party and Jubilee sleeps with Manuel. Clarice apologises to the doctors for her reaction to the news of Paul's illness and the ban on visitors to medlab.

2005: Traitor: Tommy is found beaten at the gates. Scott and Jean officially announce getting re-engaged. Just One Drug: Amanda accidentally tries to draw energy from Meggan; as a result, she decides to contact Selene and accept her offer.

2006: Bleeding: Forge and Amanda try to locate Jennie using magic; Marius makes an unconventional purchase in France. Kick It Up: Shiro snaps and tries to kill the drug dealer that gave him the Kick; the X-Men are there to stop him.
