The community center is a multi-storey facility within District X established in April 2022 with the support of the Xavier Institute and its residents.

Details
The District X Community Center was founded to provide supportive services for mutants, as well as their friends and families. While established with the support of the Institute, it is managed by members of the community. The staff include several visible mutants and a female director.
Multiple mansion residents volunteer at the community center, including Alani Ryan, Alex Summers, Angelo Espinosa, Arthur Centino, Darcy Lewis, Jean-Phillipe Colbert, Matt Murdock, Monica Rambeau, Sooraya Qadir, and Theresa Cassidy.
