==Plot Summary==

With a new drug - [[Rave]] - appearing on the streets to fill the gap created by the loss of [[Kick]] customers after [[M-Day]], Cecilia is shocked to learn Rave has become a major problem and gangs are destroying the clinics [[X-Corps]] founded, during a Skype conversation with a former colleague in Honduras. Cecilia asks Scott for help in investigating what happened to the clinics  and a small team is gathered. 

Cecilia, Angel, Sooraya, and Scott arrive in Tegucigalpa and begin their investigations. While the X-Men get a look around with Dr. Dueñas, Cecilia finds the gang that destroyed her clinic and during the altercation, the gang tries to get Cecilia to join them when they realize she's a mutant. The X-Men arrive to help Cecilia and with the gang leaving, the group tries to figure out the best way to handle the situation. 

The next morning, Scott, Sooraya and Angel go after the mutant drug gang  while Cecilia goes to help injured or captured people within the gang's headquarters. This time, the X-Men find themselves dealing with Raved-up opponents, making things more difficult, but ultimately win out. For Cecilia, however, things are much worse as she encounters Raul, a lieutenant with the gang with some seriously disgusting thoughts on his mind and powers that are a match for her forcefield. Pushed to the limit, Cecilia secures his Rave vial and takes it herself, using her amped-up powers to seriously injure the man before coming to her senses again and providing first aid. 

Rejoining the X-Men, Cecilia is unsettled by the whole experience and how close she came to killing Raul. She suggests taking some of the Rave back to the mansion for scientific study while the rest of the Rave stash burned. The gang is left for the authorities although not a satisfactory option, given the corrupt state of Honduran officials.
