Rachel first learned of the game through various good_rpers_rock, as well as at least two groups on Insanejournal. And the only reason she knows the exact location of the post in question is due to being terrifyingly organized, to the extent she kept all e-mails and posts relating to the subject.

From there, the interest went from just lurking and reading as much as possible to wanting to join and applying--the application being sent in was delayed by a few months due to a health scare. Meggan was adopted in October of 2008.

In her spare time, Rachel is obsessed with pretty much anything and everything related to Doctor Who, Ghostbusters, X-Men, and Back to the Future. Other fandoms are loved as well, but they vary in levels of geekiness. She also writes fanfic, but seems to always come back to the Doctor Who and Ghostbusters fandoms in that regard.

She doesn’t really know what else to say about herself, other than the fact she can (and has done so, to the amusement to her family) quote the entirety of Ghostbusters and Ghostbusters II, and most of the Back to the Future trilogy from memory, due to a terrifying number of viewings. She has been roleplaying online since 2004, when she first discovered the concept and joined a group as Willow from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. A group which died soon after her first post. From there, she moved on to X-Men RPG’s, and her love for RPG’s as a whole only grew.
