"Why Mr Richards, you know all the right things to say to sweet talk a lady don't you," Sue replied with a friendly grin saluting Reed with her beer bottle, "It's hard to find someone, even around here, who you can talk to about more than one thing. Everyone is an expert in their fields and has no interest in anything else. It's rare to find a true Polymath here, even if you do tend to come down a little biased on theoretical knowledge and miss what's right in front of you." she noted as she flashed Reed an impish grin.

"I said the music is a little loud in here, isn't it?" Bobbi shouted at Warren as they danced in one of the resort's several night clubs.

"Without a solid theory, you can't practice good science," he protested with a grin. "I'm fairly certain that's a fact. -- no, I KNOW that's a fact. You can't trick science with your pretty face, Ms. Storm. You have to look at the foundation and build from that."
+
She had a drink in one hand (which was not Bobbi-like), she wasn't quite sure what time it was (also not!Bobbi), and she didn't care (not!Bobbi x 100).

"Oh, it's so on," Sue span on the spot to face Reed, "While you and your precious theory are rebuilding science from the basics those of us who have a more....practical approach would have already looked at the problem and constructed a device to deal with it. You can explain it later but we'd already have figured it out and how to use it." She grinned teasingly at him, "you can always come along and fill in the gaps later." she teased sticking her tongue out at Reed. "And I'll have you know that this pretty face has fooled plenty of science before, you didn't think it's scientifically possible to look this good do you?" Her smile lost the teasing quality, "but thank you for the compliment. If Reed Richards notices then I must be doing something right."

The drink in her hand may not have been her first of the evening.

"How could I not? You're gorgeous," he said, confused. Did she think he didn't see it?
+
Warren grinned and shrugged, pointing to his ears. Telepathy would be a handy skill right now. A few moments later, he realized what she was saying. Maybe

Oh wow, how did they end up here, "Reed, you're probably the smartest person I've ever met, but you're also probably the most oblivious person I've ever met. I've literally seen you miss every sign that a woman liked you, It's hard to know what you think about other people," she noted giving him a wry smile, she knew from experience watching other people and her own. "Besides, you know sometimes it's nice to be told if someone finds you attractive. Compliments are always welcome."
+
"Is this too much for you?," he shouted back. The crowd was a bit younger than he'd anticipated, but when Paris Hilton was the guest DJ, it brought out the young people. "We can go?"

Reed had to think about that for a while. Taking a sip of his drink, he turned his attention to the show and continued to eat, all the while things moving in his head

"No no no, this is the best part, wait... here, this here!" She pumped her fist into the air in time to the song, David Guetta's Titanium, which was just hitting the post-chorus wub-wub-wub part.

About fifteen minutes, he interrupted Sue mid-sentence. "Wait -- what signs have I missed? What woman?" He groaned. "It's not Kat the intern, is it? She does seem overly concerned about my lab coat...."
+
Bobbi may have spilled a little of her drink at the same time.

"Kat, and Jenny from accounting, and Lisa from the next lab, even Robert from security, need I go on?" Sue smirked at Reed, "for someone who's been here for such a short time you've amassed quite a following Mr Richards," she teased."
+
Warren expertly side stepped the spillage, more amused by anything. "I didn't think you knew how to really enjoy yourself," he commented. In fact, this trip was really making it apparent to him that he actually barely knew Bobbi.

Reed blinked a few times. "I don't think I understand."
+
"I have no idea why you agreed to come but I'm glad you did."

"Me either!" she shouted back in reply, a little awkwardly as the building part collapsed back into another verse, but she didn't care. "Hey, you want another drink? It's on me!" Bobbi raised her glass and then laughed, seeing that she kinda spilled some on the new dress Warren had bought her, but most of it was on her leg thankfully. Tomorrow she'd feel like total crap about that but she wasn't feeling anything like that just then.

Moment of Awesome - Bobbi Morse/Mockingbird: Bobbi Morse - party animal?

"I said the music is a little loud in here, isn't it?" Bobbi shouted at Warren as they danced in one of the resort's several night clubs.

She had a drink in one hand (which was not Bobbi-like), she wasn't quite sure what time it was (also not!Bobbi), and she didn't care (not!Bobbi x 100).

The drink in her hand may not have been her first of the evening.

Warren grinned and shrugged, pointing to his ears. Telepathy would be a handy skill right now. A few moments later, he realized what she was saying. Maybe

"Is this too much for you?," he shouted back. The crowd was a bit younger than he'd anticipated, but when Paris Hilton was the guest DJ, it brought out the young people. "We can go?"

"No no no, this is the best part, wait... here, this here!" She pumped her fist into the air in time to the song, David Guetta's Titanium, which was just hitting the post-chorus wub-wub-wub part.

Bobbi may have spilled a little of her drink at the same time.

Warren expertly side stepped the spillage, more amused by anything. "I didn't think you knew how to really enjoy yourself," he commented. In fact, this trip was really making it apparent to him that he actually barely knew Bobbi.
