Cecilia Reyes a medical student at Columbia University, was forced to leave there and come to Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters after being outed as a mutant in the wake of the massacre there. Pragmatic and driven by her lifelong goal to become a doctor, Cecilia found the madness of the school difficult to deal with.
