A teen with a bad mouth, she had been dumped at the school by parents that didn't know what to do with their rebellious, purple daughter. Initially jealous of the other more-normal looking students, Clarice fell in with [[Sarah Morlocke]] and [[Jonothan Starsmore]], but soon learned that some things were more important than friendship. She and [[Shiro Yoshida]] dated for a while, until she discovered that he was addicted to [[Kick]]. Her next relationship, with [[Kyle Gibney]], ended on mutual good terms. Wary of most of the adults, Clarice faced the world on her terms - or not at all. With this outlook on life, she trained for and became one of the few high school EMTs in Westchester County, working both for the county and in the medlabs at Xavier's and volunteering with [[Red X]]. In an ironic twist of fate, the same girl that hid under Sarah's bed during an [[British Invasion| attack on the school]], grew up to become an [[X-Men| X-Man]]. In February 2010 she took a break from the school and the team in order to focus on her medical school classes.

Kevin Ford Paroled to Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters after he accidentally killed his father upon manifesting his powers, Kevin's years in the mansion saw him grow from a moody, isolated loner to a capable young artist with a surprisingly wicked sense of humour. A disastrous relationship with obsessive romantic Jay Guthrie led to a more stable open affair with the much older Jean-Paul Beaubier, before his 'understanding' with Laura Kinney progressed into something deeper. His parole ended, his first art show a success, and his powers slightly more under control, Kevin decided it was time to expand his horizons. He quit his job with Elpis and, with Laura's blessing, set off for for the wider world.
