Characters in this category have been retired for one year as part of the 2021 retirement amnesty. If a player chooses temporary retirement as a way of dealing with a character they're no longer enjoying, they can choose to pick them up again at any point during the year or let the mods know that they'd like to open them up for applications. Once the year is up, the mods will check in to see if the player wants the character back, or if they’d like to apply for permanent retirement.
