He surrenders the location of his only point of contact; a cell phone in a PO Box.

Agent Garrison Kane. Interesting. I wasn't sure who the FBI would send but you fit the bill wonderfully.

A series of kidnappings and murders in St. Louis pull Garrison Kane into a deeper mystery.

Stephen Westcott was a former swimming coach and teacher who was arrested and charged at 22 for sexual molestation of a minor during his sessions. He served four years and since his release had been working from home as on-line tech support with a small company. Westcott was a mutant, although his powers were simply increased lung capacity. He was killed by an unknown sniper while being transferred.
