Stephen Westcott was a former swimming coach and teacher who was arrested and charged at 22 for sexual molestation of a minor during his sessions. He served four years and since his release had been working from home as on-line tech support with a small company. Westcott was a mutant, although his powers were simply increased lung capacity. He was killed by an unknown sniper.
