A trip to the museum turns problematic when Laurie and Kyle are targeted by a hungry mutant.

Timing
Plot Summary
Kyle and Laurie are checking out several exhibits at the Museum of the City of New York when they are spotted by Dr. Karl Lykos. Due to suffering a case of PTSD and his mutations need for DNA in order to live, the doctor later attacks the two and feeds off Laurie. During the ensuing scuffle, Kyle attacks the doctor, trying to save Laurie's life.
Laurie later comes to and uses her power on the two combatants, fearing that Kyle is about to kill the good doctor. Later, this action will cause a confrontation between the two friends which ends in both disciplinary action for Laurie and an end to Laurie and Kyle's friendship.
This plot also marks the start of a change in Laurie, one that will take time to see how it turns out.

Trivia
Many of Laurie's friendships came under threat as a result of her responses to Kyle afterwards.
Laurie calling Kyle uncontrollable due to his feral nature was a contradiction to an earlier conversation during the dinosaur park incident the previous year in which she reassured him being feral didn't make him any less human.
