Biography
Childhood
Most of her life she’s been a tool of her father’s to get back at her mother for every slight he could imagine. He was also very careful to keep arguments out of Tabitha’s hearing so he wouldn’t appear as the “bad guy.” This led to truancy, and eventually more serious situations as her mutation manifested and her father saw ways to use it in his criminal life. It’s during an attempted bank robbery, wherein her father wants her to blow a vault lock, that everything shatters. When the worlds are sewn back together, everything starts going wrong, and her father and his team abandon Tabitha. She makes it out of the bank and onto the street before the police show up, but is still arrested and returned to her mother. Mandy pulls in every favor and a compassionate lawyer and cuts a deal with the court system to sends Tabitha to Xavier’s.

Tabitha was mostly sullen upon her arrival, not really caring much about integrating into mansion life. She was somewhat friendly with the other Gen Xers, and prided herself in playing jokes and pulling pranks on her fellow students, but for the most part she lived a relatively quiet life.
