| Moment of Awesome - Scott Summers/Cyclops: Scott is taunted with the nightmare he faces every day, by a possessed former student.
Where previously one figure had stood in front of him holding the hammer suddenly there were two, three four… Scott felt his breath catching in his throat as Tandy's form wavered, flowing into more and more bodies as the room seemed to flatten and recede. He wasn't in Kansas anymore, wasn't anywhere near the lab, the garden Scott stood in looked so familiar, he would walk through it every day on his way to the garage or just to the gates. The Mansion gardens were one of those places Scott knew like the back of his hand, or at least he thought he did. The gardens he knew though didn't have fires smouldering in the bushes, broken walls instead of the elegant walls Charles had built. The gardens he knew didn't have a carpet of dead bodies, the children who he had trained, the children who he had failed, their white sightless eyes staring at him accusingly. It was his job to guide them, to protect them and he'd failed, not a word was said, not a world needed to be said as the man felt the air rush out of his lungs, vision darkening as he felt the claws on panic sinking into his mind, it had happened again, he'd let them down again... all… again. Scott's hand clenched at his side, a red-eyed gaze snapping up to glare at Dweller, "How dare you... I live with that every day, and you drag it up," for a moment the X-Man didn't care that the body in front of him was Tandy, another student of his, he wanted to punch her face in. The man took a step forward, his hands coming up before he found himself thrown off his feet, his shoulder smashing into the wall as the air flowing out of his lungs in a pained gasp.
Tandy was impressed. A man who had fear but wasn’t made helpless by it, she hadn't meet one of those in a long time. "And yet, you couldn’t save either of us. For weeks I have been posing as your student, further back then we took out Kuuth. It’s been fun but I have bigger fish to fry." Picking up the case and headed to the door, with a quick glance at Julian she walked out the door.
