Amara 'Magma' Aquilla is twenty years old and a graduate of Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters. Rescued from Nova Roma, a city set up by Selene and maintained by her cult, Amara came to the school to learn how to use her powers - the manifestation and manipulation of molten rock and tectonic plates.
