Things got busy in District X - an art show featuring mutant art at the start of the month, with several pieces by mansion residents; and at the end of the month, the Community Center was opened, with Theresa Cassidy organising much of the funding, events and catering. Alani Ryan celebrated her graduation and acceptance into grad school and Doug Ramsey announced his 'naniversary' - the anniversary of A Fistful of Nanites. And Susan Storm and Hope Abbott went to Paris and realised they were actually a couple.

With their attention brought to the wormhole in the eXcalibur chapel basement, Kitty Pryde, Molly Hayes, Garrison Kane and Clinton Barton working together to stabilise it and discovered an instability in one of the other dimensions. A team was gathered and outfitted with equipment to bring them back safely, they entered the dimension and stabilised the world where the X-Men were battling the Sentinels. The adventure brought a new purpose to eXcalibur - to monitor the wormhole and address instabilities as they came up. Artie Maddicks responded to the situation by suggesting the team put in contingency plans for their families "in case of disappearance into the multiverse".

Meanwhile, Pyotr Rasputin, having discovered his sister Illyana Rasputin had been at the school for a period of time, sought out further information from Amanda Sefton, convinced she must be in some hell dimension since she hadn't been in touch and not accepting Amanda's explanation that they weren't sure where she was but it wasn't necessarily Limbo. Amanda later warned X-Force of the possibility that Pyotr might wind up in trouble with his investigations into his sister's whereabouts. The response was inclined to let him "fuck around and find out".

Finally, X-Factor, in the form of Hope A. and Quentin Quire, uncovered a conspiracy within City Hall to cover up the forced removal of mutants from their homes and next steps were discussed.

Timeline

Apr 1 - Megan sends out an email about the opening of the District X Art Show. Kyle posts after a long day of activities at the show. Reality 01:Proof of Concept: Kitty finds Garrison fiddling with the Danger Room and brings his attention to the wormhole. Garrison emails Molly asking her to join Kitty and himself; Garrison, Kitty, and Molly go to Clint to discuss using their new technology for the wormhole; Clint and Molly come to an understanding after butting heads.

Apr 2 - While waiting to meet a contact in Prague, Darcy and Kevin get a little training in. Reality 01:Proof of Concept: Putting their new systems to the test, Clint, Garrison, Kitty, and Molly find something's not quite right through the wormhole.

Apr 3 - April posts about the District X Art Show.

Apr 4 - Reality 01: Proof of Concept - eXcalibur takes their new wormhole equipment for a spin, and things get weird; one team finds the source of the anomaly and discover a dangerous fracture is about to be created; the other team tries to lure the new X-Men to the fracture site; the X-Men attack the Sentinels, and the universe travels leave a stable universe behind; Clint texts Nat about wormholes and alternate universes, and tells Darcy he wants three stars; Clint posts a follow up to the wormhole adventures; Clint and Matt discuss the lead-up to the first mission through the wormhole. Marie-Ange wonders who bought her art at the art show. Pyotr speaks to Amanda about his sister.

Apr 5 - Amanda delivers Marie-Ange's art to Angelo and Jean-Phillipe as a late anniversary present. Amanda posts to X-Force letting them know Pyotr is poking around about Illyana and magic things.

Apr 6 - Alani celebrates getting into grad school. Darcy posts about her legal bracket. Kyle and Pyotr do a Danger Room run. Terry posts an update about the upcoming opening of the District X Community Center. Alani texts Felicia about getting drinks to celebrate her graduation.

Apr 7 - Sarah and Darcy have a nice moment outside. Pytor posts regrets about training and drinking with Kyle.

Apr 8 - Artie texts eXcal about making contingency plans for their home lives while they're dimension hopping. Doug posts about his naniversary (nanite anniversary). Jean posts celebrating Rex Manning Day.

Apr 9 - Hope A. and Sue take a trip to Paris and make a monumental decision...including strawberries.

Apr 11 - Garrison runs Pyotr through his paces in the Danger Room.

Apr 13 - Felicia and Alani go out for drinks, talk fashion, and end the night with a little unorthodox sharing of information.

Apr 14 - April and Pyotr work on agility training together.

Apr 15 - Matt and Darcy go to Marci’s for Easter and Passover and discussion of nude art ensues.

Apr 17 - Terry goes on a cooking extravaganza for the big Spring Holiday Weekend

Apr 18 - Kevin meets Jubilee at the airport after she makes a last minute post for assistance, and they have a discussion on what is and what is not operational standard and why it matters.

Apr 19 - Alani realizes she mixed up her schedules and asks if someone took care of her baby chicken delivery.

Apr 20 - Topaz tries to face the church for the first time since returning from the void. Amanda is supportive and distracting.

Apr 21 - Clarice doesn’t understand how it’s April already. Matt mentions he ran into an old high schoolmate while in the city and that he feels dirty for having to be polite.

Apr 22 - Clint and Darcy work on teamwork and weapons improv in the Danger Room.

Apr 24 - Clint announces a Sharknado marathon.

Apr 25 - Clint emails Alani about taking Wormhole shifts. While trying to get information from the city office, Quentin and Hope A. discover a conspiracy to force mutants out of their homes. Alex, Clint, Doug, Kyle, and Matt get together for what will become an as-available tradition - drunken poker.

Apr 27 - Hope A. updates X-Factor Investigations on what she and Quentin discovered and what next steps to take.

Apr 29 - Terry announces there’s transport to the District X Community Centre opening and encourages everyone who can to join in.

Apr 30 - Jean posts an important announcement and a gif - it’s May tomorrow. Hope A. and Betsy run into each other during the opening of the community center.
