| Scion of a wealthy LA family, Julian Keller attended the same school as Doreen Green and Nico Minoru, enjoying a privileged position as one of the popular crowd. That changed when he manifested his telekinesis. Tricked into joining a criminal mutant gang thinking they were superheroes, Julian was eventually sent to Xavier’s and reunited with his former schoolmates. His tenure as a student was a notable one, with old foes coming back to haunt him as well as new rivalries getting him into trouble. Eventually he graduated, although he mourned the loss of friend Nicholas Gleason, believed killed in an attack on the graduation ceremony, and began dating Nico. An incident with her powers in 2011 unnerved both of them and she broke up with him, leading to a night of debauchery and several months of lying low, before he took up his father’s offer of a chance to learn the business and returned to LA. Julian is, however, a superhero at heart, and he continues to work with the West Coast Annex.
