Biography
Jean-Paul’s coach and agent, a man bent on climbing higher and higher in the sport world. He wants to build a career far beyond coaching and he wants to use Jean-Paul’s success as the foundation for that career. When he received the test results showing that his cash cow was a mutant and would undoubtedly be disqualified from every sporting event, he saw his chances at success slipping through his fingers. So he did the only thing he felt he could do - he bribed every single person who might have seen those test results, paying people to switch them with a baseline human’s, paying officials to look the other way. The corruption he utilized to get his way - and to keep Jean-Paul in the dark the entire time - went to the very top of the IOC. When Jean-Paul was bribed by a high-ranking IOC member who discovered his secret, Cloutier killed him rather than lose his prize earner.
He is currently in a coma following a car accident.
