2003: Cyclops, Cannonball and Kitty go to Hawaii and pick up Alex Summers. Lorna begins teaching philosophy. Terry accidentally tampers with Betsy's laptop.

2004: Jamie, Marie-Ange, Doug go to a Magic: The Gathering tournament. Skippy (plot): Moira tells the school that Skippy was genetically modified and would have eventually died.

2005:

2006: Alex meets Crystal. The Mask of Ozymandias: Remy comes to the mansion to speak with Ororo about a stolen mask. Marie-Ange and Doug break up.

2007: Voodoo Child: Remy emails Scott and Ororo the information regarding the stones' location and the ritual, and asks them to help as X-Force has to go save Amanda; Logan emails Sarah, wishing her luck; Garrison posts about receiving a Jack in the box with GPS coordinates to the location of the Vegas people; Scott and Ororo make the gameplan for the Manhattan mission; in Murderworld, the X-Men and older graduates confront Heinrich Klar and his men, whilst the students escape the collapsing building and everyone is brought home by the West Coast Annex team; the X-Men infiltrate the high rise and disrupt the ritual, leaving Karl Mordo and his people to be arrested by the FBI for theft of national relics; X-Force storm Candra's stronghold in Louisiana; with the ritual disrupted, Belladonna leaves, just ahead of X-Force's attack; Candra is killed and Amanda brought back for medical attention. Forge, Jennie and Marius return to the school. Laurie is checked over by Jean and then goes home to her mother's house, where she remains.

2008: Fenrisulfr: Muir Island is attacked by unknown assailants, incurring Nate's wrath. Amanda thanks Adrienne for her help during Bedlam. Yvette comes across Kevin, whose medication is working. Deciding to stay, Kevin relocates to a new room with Jennie's help. Adrienne has a self defence lesson with Ororo.

2009: Jean-Paul e-mails Jake about the paper clipping Jake's Dad sent him. Lil announces Amara's birthday party at Harry's. Clause 16: Shiro and a new American acquaintance, Walter Lawson, manage to stop a disaster as the Hand nearly topple a building under construction; Shiro checks on Walter Lawson after he doesn't turn up to dinner, he finds the man's hotel room trashed and Lawson missing; Shiro texts Amanda for help; Shiro, Amanda and Wanda go to save Walter Lawson from the hand. Lil visits Adrienne bearing Brandy, they end up talking about Garrison and Lakatos. Doreen e-mails Johnny to see if he'd be interested in learning Swing dancing with her. Crystal e-mails Forge about Amara's party. Lil makes a journal post via mobile to tell people to get down to Harry's if they aren't already there. Old Man of the Mountain: Farouk phones the mansion from Bombay and talks to Kyle who thinks it's a prank. Doreen seeks out Jean-Paul to find out her grades for English Lit.

2010: Jared gets a job at Harry's as a bartender. Kevin heads over to Jean-Paul's room to make dinner and finds him wrapping a present for his sister. Jan lets everyone know that it's time for prom. At Amara's birthday party, Lex and Amara discuss the unlikely possibility of him dancing; Vanessa turns up as Daniel and has fun making Lex uncomfortable before going to find Amara and flirting with her for a dance.

2011: Aftershocks: Haller lets Vanessa know the tracking spell is ready; Haller, Amanda and Meggan manage to locate the killer, on the way to another victim; Jean-Paul and Laura stop the killer and take her into custody; with the killer refusing to speak, Vanessa and Bishop use her phone and Doug to identify her; Haller assists in questioning the killer to ensure she wasn't working with anyone else; Jean-Paul investigates her apartment and finds evidence of her being a victim of Magneto's attack on San Diego; it's revealed that the killer is a mutant herself, trying to stop another possible Magneto by killing mutants; Meggan and Amanda talk about Meggan's role in the tracking spell and why Amanda is so protective of her; Meggan asks her own questions of the killer, trying to make some sense of things. Kyle announces his satisfaction with how the Prom went and organises a celebratory brunch; Yvette thanks everyone for their help.
