A former colleague of Pete Wisdom, "Scratch" showed his true colours when he orchestrated an invasion of the mansion, taking several of the younger students hostage.

Biography
An operative within the British intelligence system, little is known about Scratch's history. What is known is that he is a nasty piece of work, enjoying causing pain and completely ruthless. At one point Pete Wisdom was his superior officer, and his interference in a number of Scratch's opportunities for 'fun' rankled with the younger man. After Wisdom was fired, Scratch took the opportunity for revenge when elements within the service decided Wisdom was too much of a security risk to remain alive and independent, and led an assault on Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, using protocols Wisdom himself had written.
The assault failed, and Scratch vanished shortly after. His whereabouts are unknown.
Powers/Abilities
No powers, but Scratch is a highly-trained operative and skilled in hand-to-hand combat, weapons, etc.
