Cai is one of those born 'n bred Southern girls, though apparently her accent only comes out when she's very tired, very upset, or very happy. She blames television for this. She graduated from an all-woman college in 2008 after spending a year abroad studying in Reading, England. She's proud of her English degree, even if the literature people tend to look down their noses at her Creative Writing emphasis. To date, her minor in British & European History hasn't done her a lot of good, but she's still hopeful it'll come in handy eventually.

Cai works odd hours at a hospital as a nighttime secretary for an ICU, so her life is either extremely hectic or extremely boring. She admits, she prefers the latter, as it means no one near her is actively attempting to die. This also means she's often online at all hours of the night, since they let her bring her laptop to work. Between family commitments and her twelve hour shifts at the hospital, she can sometimes be a bit confused and/or dazed. She apologizes in advance. That said, she loves plotting and will sometimes sock NPCs she finds interesting. Just ask!

Cai's gaming life started in late 2001 when she stumbled upon Harry Potter fanfiction. It's sort of spiraled outward from there and, while she's dabbled in fic for multitudes of fandoms, she's only ever forayed into gaming in non-HP fandoms twice. The first was an odd experience in a panfandom RPG that ended when she totally burned out, but she's pretty sure that won't be happening in XP, if only because things are so much more zen here.

Sometimes she's scatterbrained. Sometimes RL eats her. She apologizes in advance.

About

Cai works odd hours at a hospital as a nighttime secretary for an ICU, so her life is either extremely hectic or extremely boring. She admits, she prefers the latter, as it means no one near her is actively attempting to die. This also means she's often online at all hours of the night, since they let her bring her laptop to work. Between family commitments and her twelve hour shifts at the hospital, she can sometimes be a bit confused and/or dazed. She apologizes in advance. That said, she loves plotting and will sometimes sock NPCs she finds interesting. Just ask!
