List of the Dead

Although we have had numerous new characters, both PCs and NPCs, appear in X-Project over the years, there have also been characters who have passed on. Become no more. Have ceased to be. Expired and gone to meet their maker. These are late characters, stiffs, bereft of life, they rest in peace. Rung down the curtain and joined the choir invisible, they are truly ex-characters.

Pre-Game:

Kevin MacTaggart - died as a result of uncontrolled mutation.

Aliya and Tyler Dayspring - killed by Mistra agents.

2003:

Jean Grey - buried under millions of gallons of water at Alkali Lake during X2. (to her credit, she did get better)

Colonel William Stryker - also killed during the flood at the end of X2.

Jason Stryker - crushed by the collapse of the Alkali Lake dam. (X2)

Deathstrike - killed by injection of adamantium (X2)

"Stanley" - killed by prolonged contact with Rogue (X-Men Mission: Pyro)

2004:

Skippy Madrox - destroyed after absorbing Jamie Madrox (Skippy (plot))

Rack - killed by Pete Wisdom (Daddy's Girl)

Chester Whelan - killed by Sarah Morlocke (Devil In My Mind)

"Jacob" - died from uncontrolled mutation (Proteus (plot))

2005:

Patches - killed by Pete Wisdom (Little Girl Lost)

Charlie Plunder - committed suicide (Buy Now, Pay Later)

Paul Wisdom - killed by assassins working for Alphonso de la Rocha (Hellfire and Damnation)

Alphonso de la Rocha - killed by Alison Blaire (Hellfire and Damnation)

Malice - technically already deceased, but finally obliterated once removed from Lorna Dane's mind (With Malice Aforethought)

Carter Blaire - killed by Lorna Dane/Malice (With Malice Aforethought)

Timothy Morgan - died in the training barracks at Youra (Thermopylae)

Michael Foley - died in the training barracks at Youra (Thermopylae)

Askani - technically already deceased, but faded from existence after sacrificing herself to save the life of Alison Blaire (Lost In The Woods)

2006:

Penelope Stavros - died of a stroke

GW Bridge - killed by Gideon Faraday (Trinity)

Gideon Faraday - killed by Saul Morrow (House of Wind)

Saul Morrow - died of self-generated cancer (House of Wind)

Mariko Yashida - poisoned by ninjas during her wedding (Full Metal Mutants)

Chef Marcel - died of a heart attack

Josh Chambers - taken by Warwolves (Dogs of War)

2007:

Kishini Jinasena - died from powers backlash (Kaiten)
