Dead/Retired Phase 1 Characters

The following characters are ONLY available as brand-new Phase 2 versions. Their Phase 1 versions have been retired and/or killed off, by agreement of their players and/or the mods, and are NOT available to be played.

Only applications for new Phase 2 versions, with no prior X-Project history, will be considered.
