Category:X-Force
X-Force is not an assassin squad. It's not the place for people that are too horrifically violent and gruesome to fit in as X-Men. It is not a collection of hired killers, violent madmen and people who want to hurt and maim without reprecussions. XF is a place for the weird pulp, the shadowy international stuff, the fringe concepts, the support work for the X-Men, investigation based work, and the morally difficult or questionable ideas. Things that there are no definite 'right-wrong' answers. Shades of grey. The world under the surface.
It's not heroism. It's not revenge. It's not about a moral imperative; it's about doing the job in front of them.

Team Structure
Since it's a job, those coming into XF need a reason to be there. Either skills, powers, background or circumstance has to give them a role. Wisdom alone won't bring people into risk for no good reason. However, that doesn't mean they need to all be ninja assassins or ex-miliary types. The science nerd is as vital to the team as the psycho assassin. The range of missions will showcase their abilities and value in the plots. That being said, there will have to be a base level of competence or training agreed on when coming in. While you don't need to be a ninja, you will be learning the crashcourse of nasty-ass self-defense training via one of the members. But all the characters don't need to be combat specialists or trained spies.
The group, already as the X-Force by some of those involved, is disassociated with Xavier's on a very real level. If they do their jobs right, no one should ever know that they've been there. The X-Men are heroes. These people are just anonymous people, working in the dark.
The minimum age requirement to be a part of X-Force is eighteen. No exceptions.
The majority of X-Force have cover jobs with the Snow Valley Memorial Center for Mutant Affairs, a mutant think-tank with offices in Manhattan, New York.
